Calgary seems to have Pheasant hiding around every corner, If you cant see them you certainly can hear there calls. Most of the time though they take off before you see them, I was lucky to get a few photos of this male before he headed out!

Fish Creek Provincial Park at the end of Bow Bottom Trail SE in Calgary Alberta has a vast array of wildlife, song birds, waterfowl, ducks, geese, deer and birds of prey.

Fish Creek Provincial Park is huge and runs along the bow river in many locations. Awesome birding opportunities, but not only birds can be seen in this park system. Plenty of Mule Deer can be seen and black bears and cougars have been spotted in the park!
